  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used bedding items (e.g., sheets, duvets, pillows) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
  4. Refunds: After inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at info@bakeevis.xyz to initiate the exchange process.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Send clear photos of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number, to info@bakeevis.xyz.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Opened or used bedding items (unless defective or damaged).

6. Store Credit

If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund. Store credits can be used for future purchases and have no expiration date.
